Its summer and as always its hot! But even more for your chickens. Make sure that your chickens have enough water everyday for them to drink. If you see your chickens gulping looking like they are panting, it means that your chickens are REALLY thirsty. if they are still small and you are using a chick waterer - you can raise it up on a brick or move to a larger waterer..... there are several hanging style waterers and other waterers that have high lips on them that keep that from happening.... we sell many different styles and you can see on our sister website www.judychicken.com Leave a Reply. |
