Hi everyone! It is Logan again, here to tell you more information about chickens. When my friends come over to my house and see my chickens, they always say, "Will it bite me?". No chickens won't bite you! If they do that means that they think that what ever is on you is food. Like my chickens they peck my nail polish off my finger nails. Chickens are man's best friend. Chickens are very smart and curious. Even though they have a very small brain, sometimes I feel like they are smarter than some people. If you have any questions for me please leave in the comment section, I will answer it in the next post. Thank you! -Logan Citroen

Hi Logan, you may be able to answer this for me. We recently got a new coup. Hens are still figuring it out. They are used to a ground coup and now have a ramp. When I need them to go into their coup (if I am leaving the ranch for the afternoon or letting the dogs our) what is the best way to get them in. I used to be able to sprinkle dried worms in the old ground coup, but that does not work for the ramp one. Any suggestions? Also, they are not loving their new nesting boxes yet … will this be something they will get used to also? Thanks!
